CHUANYOU Guanghan Well Control Equipment Co***ny(co***ny)is an autonomously managed legal corporate entity with fixed assets total over30 million RMB and a staff of 128,is a specialized designing, manufacturing, rebuilding unit for well control equipment, and producing and sales for fittings of well control equipment. The co***ny has received blowout preventer (BOP) production certification, and under the direct jurisdiction of the China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) and the China Petrochemical Corp (SINOPEC) as Grade 1 network unit. The co***ny has passed API16A and Sichuan Three Gorges ISO9001 quality device.
The co***ny depends on Deyang Second Heavy-duty Machinery Plant, and forging and heat treat BOP shell manufacturing by the co***ny in Deyang Second Heavy--duty Machinery Plant. The co***ny entrusts Centre for Quality Surveillance & Inspection of Well Control Equipment of Petrolueum Indursty to inspect and test all products. It is a just scientific and authentic organization which has passed the national metrical verification.
The co***ny and its subsidiary machine shop, a plant covering 15,000 square meters. workshop with bright and ***cious be of advantage for manufacturing and assembling BOP devices. Equipments include, large-sized processing machine tool, floor type vertical lathe (3.5m and 2.5m), large-sized floor type milling tool, large-sized pipe thread lathe, advanced equipments will ensure the quality for processing large-sized BOP forgings.
Principal products include, small-sized BOP and large-sized BOP series: bore size from 65mm to 540mm, and pressure ranges from 14*** to 105***, of which, shell of F35-70 single and double ram type BOP adopt high quality alloy steel forging structure, it is more safe and reliable.
